BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Emily is an Organization Development Consultant in Orlando, FL. In March of 2020 Emily stumbled into founding Cast Member Pantry after seeing a need in her Disney community amidst the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. She is passionate about Cast Member Pantry and has gained an immense amount of purpose through this work. Emily is originally from Trussville, Alabama. She is currently in pursuit of her master’s degree in Human Resource Development & Organizational Leadership from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, though her heart still bleeds Crimson (Roll Tide). Emily has two dogs, Callie and Clyde. Together they like to explore the state of Florida through camping, hiking, kayaking, etc. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, SEC football, and watching her beloved Atlanta Braves baseball team play.

Lynnette is a passionate leader, certified Limbic Performance System facilitator, speaker, and live your best life enthusiast. Lynnette transitioned from the corporate world after a 17 year career with The Walt Disney Company to pursue her purpose of helping others and organizations empower their possibilities through her work as a coach and consultant. In 2019 Lynnette Co-Authored It’s Possible: A Dreamers Manifesto to Overcome Opposition, a collection of inspirational short stories of overcoming obstacles. Lynnette is a VIP Contributor to Fairy Godboss, an online community offering expert advice to women in and re-entering the workforce as well as a dedicated volunteer with Gamma Phi Beta Sorority as a member of the Belonging, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. When away from the work and world of clients Lynnette is grateful for time spent reading a book, cooking, traveling, or creating the most
magical memories with her husband and children. 

Kelsey is a pediatric resident physician in Little Rock, Arkansas. Kelsey grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana and received her bachelor’s degree at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge; Geaux Tigers! In 2015 Kelsey moved to Orlando where she completed a spring Disney College Program as a lifeguard at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort, learning what being a Cast Member is all about. Kelsey then moved back to New Orleans to where she received her medical degree at LSU-HSC. Her hobbies include spending time with family/friends, board games, watching college football (especially LSU!), outdoor adventures, and exploring local restaurants. She is very excited to be involved with Cast Member Pantry!

F. Norwood Morris is the proud father of two Disney Princesses: Margaret Farrell and Kate. Norwood is a licensed attorney in the District of Columbia, Mississippi, Florida, and Alabama where he has practiced for 18 years. He attended Auburn University for his undergraduate degree and received his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown Law School in D.C. He currently resides in Mobile, Alabama with his family. Norwood’s legal practice includes civil rights law and assisting indigent families with pro-bono legal aid. Norwood also works as a consultant and advocate for missions around the globe and uses his legal expertise to assist local, national, and international nonprofits.


Norwood and his family enjoy fishing in the Gulf, playing on the beach, and most importantly taking trips to Disney World! Norwood is honored to be a Board Member of the Cast Member Pantry. He believes in Cast Member Pantry’s mission and has been closely following CMP’s amazing work since the beginning.
